The story of Prologix began in 1998, when we started operations as PC assembling and maintaince company, gradually we moved to structured cabling, and before we knew it, we were a fully fledged networking company, by the year 2000.
Steadily we started increasing our presence in the Networking & Telecom domains, and started moving towards Internet Security. Between 2002 and 2004, we had the unique distinction of being one of the most sought after network security companies in Dubai.
Slowly, but steadily, we increased the portfolio of our products & services, and at the same time, we consolidated our position as a leading Integrator.
By 2004, the Middle East, especially the GCC markets, opened up for trade and investment, there was large influx of overseas investors, and many more companies were opening up shop in the GCC, this lead to an unprecented demand for IT products and solutions.
During this time Prologix had already spread its wings and was actively doing projects across the GCC, in time Prologix was able to establish relations with leading Integrators across the Middle East, owing to its presence in Dubai, a lot of these integrators and other re-sellers across the GCC & Africa started relying upon Prologix for solution design and supply of material.
Between 2004 & 2006 Prologix designed and supplied material for a host of projects across the Middle East and Africa, this brought us to a realization that this was hereto untapped market, and we should seriously start looking into this as an added vertical of Prologix.
2006 to 2007 saw Prologix’s transformation from ‘Integrator’ to ‘Value Added Distributor’. We were now the ‘Partner of Choice’ for leading brands in the IT and Telecom domain. Our focus is on ‘Value’ products, which help our resellers provide innovative solutions to their customers, and at the same time, provide them with the opportunity to earn margins.
Over the years, Prologix had studied the market and created a distribution network across the region, by appointing VARs & sub distributors, this has enabled Prologix to serve the demands of a growing market, not just as a distribution company, but as a ‘total solutions to supply’ provider.

We have streamlined the channel into three segments: Local Distributor; Business Associate, and Value Added Reseller. There is a online Sales Portal which is provided to the channel which allows them to track all their Leads and Sales and allows the local distributor to track all business associates and VAR’s below him. This effective tool, helps them achieve targets month on month.
