The ideal candidate will require to have atelast 2-4 years of experience in Channel Sales in the GCC market, primarily in the Networking domain.
The profile requires the candidate to be:
• Responsible for the vertical and horizontal growth of the channels in market.
• Plan partner stocking level and sell through
• Develop and implement schemes and offers across the channel
• Provide competitive & market intelligence
• Resolve Channel Conflicts at the first level
• Engage with partner's sales team to provide training and motivation
• Accompany partners to end customer meetings
• Hands on knowledge of product placement & current stock levels across the market
• Ensure certification levels of partners and maintained and grown
• Topline and Bottom liine Revenue acheivement
Main Skills required:
Candidate must be well versed with the IT Networking Channel in the GCC region and particularly Dubai. An extensive contact network of Re-sellers is imperative to this role.
• Basic understanding of Networking in required for this role
• Should have existing relationships with Networking Resellers across the region
• Must have worked on atleast One Networking product in the SMB Channel market
• Should be able to work independtly and as a part of a team
• Must be able to provide pricing and discounts indenpendently as per pre-agreed terms
• Able to work and deliver under pressure
• Excellent negotiation skills are a valued asset with this role
• Ability to comminicate in English is a MUST, ability to speak Arabic will be a plus
• Excellent presentation skills are required
